• Our 5-Step Mold & Air Quality Testing Process
Wondering if mold or other contaminants are affecting your air quality?
Here’s how easy it is to get answers with Pine & Particle:
Step 1: Give Us a Call
It all starts with a quick conversation. We’ll schedule a time that works best for you.
Step 2: Choose Testing Areas
We’ll walk through your space together—whether it’s a home, business, RV, boat, or vehicle—to identify where you’d like air samples or surface swabs taken.
Step 3: We Handle the Sampling
Our team takes care of all testing on-site, using industry-leading equipment and strict quality control to ensure accurate results.
Step 4: Certified Lab Analysis
We send your samples to a certified lab, where they’re analyzed by professionals. You’ll receive a detailed report that clearly explains the findings.
Step 5: Results & Peace of Mind
With your lab report in hand, you’ll have the information you need to make an informed decision—whether that means remediation or simply peace of mind. As your unbiased, third-party tester, we’re here to protect your health, your property, and your investment.
What does the lab test entail?
We use a modern, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory to analyze all of our air and surface samples. This means the lab follows strict international standards to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Each report includes a clear summary of what's in the air or on surfaces, checking for over 100 types of mold and other particles, such as:
Stachybotrys (Black Mold)
Cladosporium
Chaetomium
Ulocladium
Aspergillus/Penicillium
Pollen
Insect parts
Human and animal skin cells
Dust and other small particles
You’ll get a detailed look at what’s present in your environment, helping you understand any potential concerns.
